Their Heaven⁓* (sensually soft)

Free Style from the archives: An earlier, very simple poem someone might still enjoy.

   

       Their Heaven~*

 

 

                 Supine ...

                        upon bed's edge,

                       lounging fresh from her shower,

                       clothed vibrantly aglow

                       in naught

                       but the luscious allure

                       of soft, golden,

                       sun-kissed skin.

 

                 Stretching out ...

                        smooth legs spread wide,

                       head thrown back ...

                        she rises to lean

                       on straight supple arms,

                        full mane flowing

                        onto the bed

                        like soft,

                       waves of a waterfall,

                       in joyous warm breeze,

                       birdsong from the trees.

 

                 Behind closed eyes

                       rests peaceful tranquility,

                       and the world is somehow set right,

                       reprieved ...

                       in a most wondrous way ~

 

                 Standing ...

                       quietly in the doorway,

                       dreamily drinking-in her glory

                       through his appreciative cerulean eyes,

                       with a reverence nothing

                       on earth could equal.

 

                 He's still ...

                       moments until

                       his frame suddenly,

                       smoothly, silently disrobes

                       gliding easily, quietly,

                       unobtrusively over

                       kneeling down

                       between satin-soft thighs.

 

                 Touching ...

                       a swift inrush

                       of breath harmonizes

                       to sensuous sighs,

                       as his hands slip under

                       embracing her waist

                       in arms strong and firm.

 

                 Forward, he leans ~

                       lifting her easy, yielding form …

                       willing, tender arms

                       wrap 'round his head

                       cradled tight to her bosom,

                       kissing his hair

                       with lips rose petal soft

                       in life-gifting warmth.

 

                 As she slides down ever so slowly ~

                       filling to her core

                       they become as one ...

                       blending heart, soul, and breath,

                       once again ~ evermore.

 

                 In this moment ...

                       he becomes stars,

                       she the vast universe

                       engulfing him;

                       as they glisten and swim,

                       new galaxies form

                       and their heaven ~ is born.

This sensual poem speaks to me even now at my age and sets such a strong mood. There are so many lines..well, actually the entire poem that I connect to.

It's not surprising that particular line reminds you of something worth being reminded of, perhaps(?) … I know it's inspired wonderful sensual poetry where sensual poetry was never before scribed. ; )

This one is really more a Poetic Prose piece in Free Style form, with a lot of descriptives strung together with very little metaphor, than it is a true Free Style composition.
It could use a good dose of softer, sweeter poetic voice, don't you think?
