The Wolves of Mibu

The Wolves of Mibu

A Poem by Risha
"

Even heroes, can by seen as evil doers in the eyes of others.

"

The Wolves of Mibu

Even Savages,

hunting in the dead of night,

have a sense of dignity;

As blood flies,

and bodies pile up endlessly,

they will keep on fighting.

Even Wolves,

striking down their prey,

show shadows of remorse;

As dogs are killed,

and blood drips from their smiles,

they yearn for a better day.

Even Heroes,

exterminating evil men,

are in solemn truth murderers;

As darkness fades,

and people cry with joy,

tears of sadness will remain...

bitter feeling will remain...

scalding hatred will remain...

And when the last sword is drawn,

when snake’s blood taints the ground

and when the sakura falls once more;

The heroes will be the Wolves, the savages, of Mibu

Very profound write, skillfully crafted. Even heroes are murderers...and someone weeps.
I like it very much...
