“Greetings from the New World”

By Robben Wainer

Greetings from the new world,

With the looks, sound and feel of being gender queer,

We are not only those whose secrets you share,

Or those who discriminate about what to say to family,

An Aspirin and a new porn star,

We have pulled away from all such existing labels,

To get designer underwear,

And revel in emotion,

About the isolation that had to end,

It had to break up

To make room for dykes and queens,

We are the juggernauts

Whose childhood was phobia

About reaching puberty and then adulthood

The premature ejaculators

Who were never guys meet girls on school campus,

We mix, we mingle, and we come on to,

The entire human race without exception.
