Revelation

Water ran underneath the door, as he pushed it open. He stepped onto the bath mat, but it didn't squelch. The mirror showed him what it had witnessed on that violent night. He looked inside the bath tub. His own lifeless face stared back from the bottom of the water.

This was anothet story I thought about entering into a competiton, but chose another piece instead. But I just thought I would put it on here to get some feedback.
