Little Locket

Little Locket

A Poem by Darkest Rose

Once I looked through your stuff,
I discovered that little locket,
The one you always wore.
Around your neck,
You wore it,
Swinging it around,
On that little silver chain.
Oh how I remember,
This little locket,
That held that sweet image,
Of us together.
That little locket,
Holds our past.

Oh i have a locket that i hold really dear to my heart, its in a keepsake box though i do not wear it, and never had, not that i can recall anyways. But your poem shows the significance for sure i agree with Yas fully. You helped me remember a moment with that locket of mine, thank you. Really nice write.
