A guy having absolutely no idea where he stands with a girl

How is it complicated, you like me or you like him.

I'm too fond of you, the time I've waited for you is amazing
Do you know how long I've waited?
Sat here, sat back and watched you move on when my feelings are so strong
In times past we were sound, but I wasn't ready for anything serious
I was recovering from a relationship you know this
I needed time to do idiotic things and heal
You should have waited, I wasn't ready
Lost you once before
When we started talking again, my feelings never left
I came to your house, I kissed you
Must be blind to not see the way I look at you
I laugh about you pointing out my big pupils
Really I can't take them off you, enthralled just looking into yours
You kissed me back did you not feel anything?
Why was it not meant to happen, why was it wrong?
Yes I've made mistakes but I'd never talk to any other girls if I was with you
We've been together but haven't kissed again
Where do I stand
I didn't believe you liked that other guy, chose not to.
Now I'm left here not knowing what to do
I want you but do you want me
I'm given up everything, not talking to any female out of guilt and lack of desire
You have feelings for me but they're different,
"It's complicated"
You say you're confused, how do you think I am
I'm that tattered sail on a boat
I'll keep going until I break
But I'll never drift away.

Author's Note

Just tell me if you can picture two young people going through time. Get in my shoes and see the lack of comprehension I have of this girl. I'm only young I'm not trying to write this excellently, but just writing at speed as these thought rapidly spill out of my head.
