Mature Soul Richly Feeds

Mature Soul Richly Feeds

A Poem by Sunflower/Sara Kendrick
"

Kyrielle about being older..

"

The latter years some people fear

When approaching shed many tear

But now at end I seek good deeds

My mature soul does richly feed

When in the mirror I look__ change

Even sometimes seems very strange

But on the inside my youth renewed

For my soul does so richly feed

I'm filled as about to give birth

Have to let it overflow its worth

Whether funny, airy, light__not dead

For my mature soul has richly fed

Not going back only go forward

I'm definitely headed shoreward

Thinking totally the right heeds

My mature soul richly feeds

This reminds me of Dylan Thomas..not going gentle into the good night..
Throughly enjoyed..

Good reasons to feed our soul all the good stuff in life. I enjoyed this poem about getting older, definitely puts a postive light on it. If we keep learning, in some ways we always stay young.

This is an interesting slant on the image love:) Beautifullyt reflective! Guess, we have to sit back at times and realise that we need to pay attention to the positive side and what we have gathered through life!
Nicely voiced
