Lust to Love

Lust to Love

A Poem by Sayre
"

Most definitely not one of my stronger pieces. The feeling of true love and beauty finally hit me. I never thought I would attempt this type of poetry, but I finally found inspiration.

"

Looking down

I see something foreign to my eyes,

An unexplainable, inexplicable beauty.

So close to my hands

Incomprehensible by my mind.

Soft skin, luscious lips

Tongues entwined.

Surrounded only by each other,

Trapped in your arms

Willingly.

The minutes change

Dominance rearranged

Glances upwards,

Deep breaths,

And heavy Sighs.

Through soft nibbles,

And delicate kisses

The feeling escalates.

The fabric entrapping us

Slowly escapes.

Free to feel,

To breath

To heave, slowly and controlled.

Clutching at the back,

Arms collapse

Souls attached.

The deepest of gazes,

The holding of hands,

Smiles, I love you’s

More than lust.

It was love.

To realize
What had been seen

And experienced

From the beginning

Was astounding,

It was beauty.

Sayre
Im not sure if this would go into erotica or not simply because I didnt include any really provocative imagery
So if you know if this fits that category or not, let my know

It doesn't have any particular rhyme or rhythm, so it can't truly be considered poetry, but at least you rather vividly described the feelings you were trying to convey.
