Memories.

Memories.

A Poem by Nina Marie
"

"He's gone now girl, for good."

"
I knew it from the start,
That you were too good to be true.
But I handed you my heart,
Because I thought you loved me too.

You drew me in with pretty lies,
Just like I knew you would,
So why is it, the young girl cries,
He's gone now girl, for good.

Safety felt in your arms,
Could never last for long,
Deceiving me with lies and charms,
While you sung a different song.

You made me happy for a while,
Again my heart could soar,
Every day you drew a smile,
And I was begging you for more.

But then you took it all away,
And here I am just broken,
For once again I rue the day,
With many words unspoken.

And so, to you my dear,
Find comfort knowing this,
I will not shed another tear,
But forever reminisce.

I think that was the most beautiful hear broken poem I've ever read.
Of course you kind of have to acount for the fact that I don't read much poetry. :)
But not the less, it is still beautiful.
I wish I could write something like this.

Beautiful..
And heart-wrenching in knowing what these words mean.
I really love this.
