Endless cycle

use time wisely or it might just run all out

Sleeping every night
Waking every morning
Eat the same food
Watch the same news
Drive the same old car
Down the same long route
Arriving at the same place
Every single day
Sitting in the same chair
Typing on the same desk
Watch the clock tick by
Watch the future run dry

Head back home
To eat and sleep
To wake up and repeat
The endless cycle
Just to realize in 20 years
That it's too late
The past has gone by
the future slipped away
