My Precious Shining Star

This poem is dedicated to the person I love, Austin Bellury.

I love my precious star,

whom I've watched from afar.

I adore the twinkle in their eye

that light up the earth & the skies.

I I long to hold them in my arms

and shield them from any harm.

I long for me to tell

that their voice rings like a bell.

Their hair is the color of fallen snow

and fluffs as the wind does blow.

I long to touch their lovely pale skin.

When it comes to describing them, I cannot begin.

So I'll love them with all my heart

whether we're together or apart.

I'll cherish them forevermore

with every fiber of my being, down to my core.
