Ying-yang

Ying-yang

A Poem by Shadow

A heart wounders around in darkness.

Is it cause of luciousness that,

Draws the heart?

No only pure power.

Then that same heart wounders into,

The light.

Light is lucious also as strong,

As darkness but too bright for,

This weary heart.

The heart though is a strange thing.

One moment it wants something precious,

Then the next it wants is something new.

Thus the heart wounders threw dark,

and light but once it choses,

a side it is hard to change.

I found the imagery of this poem very interesting. And it took a personal impact on me because my star sign is Gemini, which can often be symbolised by the Ying and Yang sign.

Beautiful poem. Keep up the good work, Shadow.

Luke:)
