Her eyes
Were wet with tears
She cried every night, she said
But why?
She was happy
Her mouth was smiling
Her heart shaped lips
Smiling
Why did she cry
Each night?
And I can't help her
I can't get through.

sometimes, and i'm only speaking from personal experience, you've saved up so many tears, it wasn't safe to let them flow, when you get to that refuge, that safe place, the damn breaks sometimes, and it is good to let the tears flow through
