Woke

Woke

A Poem by Kristallo

Adrift cerulean, like foam on the sea
Lunar light lingers long, charicartures among
Like twilight jade with thorn lips-
Blooming bruises and goodbyes.

Meadows of mellowed marigolds-
Singing lonesome lullabies
To the pale absense of another
Sunless sky.
All of this echoes,
Echoes  shy good-byes.

As dreams, like lazy petals,
Waltz the breeze of waking,
I feel the center of my soul
Is aching.
Like wordless memories sailing like fiction
With the clouds,
Time drips bare on willow arms,
A place reality never
Woke

Brilliant very good job on this. To smoothen it and soften it.

Memories and longing as you drift off or wake from sleep with thoughts within your dream like state. Well Done.
