That's Enough...

Leave me in the condition I am,
I am alive, that's enough.

When I asked my share from the wind,
Then it gave me my breath.
When I talked to my loneliness,
Then my heart gave me a sound.
The story that started from my hand,
I have to complete that tale.
On my grave, life stands with its head held high,
That's how I want to die.

There is nothing left to ask for now,
What I got, that's enough.

Leave me in the condition I am,

This is great, much better than the first poem I read. I actually want more! Maybe you could expand the middle (longest) stanza to include more requests/gifts -- perhaps you can use it to explore who the speaker is and how they were formed, might lead you to some really brilliant images!

Sometimes, Jordan. You cannot turn away from that which hurts you. For it is when you show a deliberate avoidance of something, that too can be deemed as 'points' in a bully's favor.

To face the hardships of the world you have to develop and adopt a neutrality, an 'indifference' if you will that you only show to those people who give you trouble. Let them know they get nothing from you, not a sigh, not a word, not even a backwards glance.

That those people who oppress you just - aren't worth your time. Let them know how truly worthless their games are to you.

Then you may be left in the condition you are - and they will seek easier prey, that which squeals or yells louder. Bullies if anything hate to be ignored and will go to great lengths to get attention, negative or otherwise.

By walking over them, like a sharp stone in your path, they will eventually be left behind you. Please consider ...
