Calmness

A calming influence,
An absolute peace of mind.
Leaving all the worries
And the stress behind.
It is a new beginning,
With full of true hope.
It enables me to relax,
I am confident that I can cope.

It's a breath of fresh air,
It's a blossoming flower.
Nonetheless it gives me strength,
I feel full of power.
I can feel each and every breath,
As and when it comes by.
I feel really up,
My confidence is sky high.

I have realized that,
Calmness is the key.
If not to be successful,
Then at least for being care free.
Life is very short,
But it's a roller coaster ride.
To deal with all this,
Have calmness in your stride.
