On Your 22th Birthday
Oh Sorry 21th According To NIC
Want To Wish You First
On This Happiest + Boring Occasion
May God Gives You More Happiness
I Saw You Are So Strong As Woman
May God Make You More Stronger
Hope You Recover Well
I know You Are So Ill
And You Are Admitted In Mental Hospital
For 2 Years
Doctors Also Gone Mad While Treating You
Now You Are Doctor And Your Doctors Are Your Patients
Sometimes How You Think Without Brain?Because You Are Girls
And Girls Dont Have Brain
Is There Special Power?
Or Its Power Of Mentallity
By The Way Happy Birthday
Your One Year of Life has Been Reduced
Or I Want To Say Something Special
About Relationship
God Has Not Made You My Sister According To World System
But God Has Made You My Sweet And Elder Sister By Heart
And I Never Want To Part Away With You
You Are So Helping
This Birthday I Want Gift From You
I Want you To Treat Me As Real Brother
And I Have Hurt You In Past For Any Reason
Sorry For That But I Dont Want To Do It
It Just Happpened Accidnetly Due To My Mentallity And Anger
Again Sorry For Thiss
Hope You Give Me Gift I Demanded
Happy Birthday To You Sister

What makes your message interesting & unique is the way you include many real-life details that help us see & understand & feel the situation between you & your sister. I'm not sure how to interpret this line: "girls don't have brain" (seems offensive to me, to put women down, in my USA culture, but maybe things are thought of differently for your culture?) All in all, the reader can feel the caring affection you feel for your sister thru-out.
