Solitude of Being

Solitude of Being

A Poem by SilentDream
"

the way I see solitude...

"

Solitude of Being

It was a soft and luminescent whiteness
An unencumbered breath lifting sheerness
Pure silence draws the focus of a gaze
Both immersing and freeing from grays
In this chance to embrace simply being
To look within with hopes of clearly seeing
Finding solace and an unexpected calm
A hush wraps this soul in needed balm

The imagery, your wordings, and meaning is breath taking, Zsanece. Lovely rhyme scheme that fits perfectly like a puzzle.

This poem is simply beautiful, and when I read this, I seen white, calm,
sensuality. Very nice indeed....AD

The cadence of this poem makes it very relaxing, and the delicate beauty of the soul is well put into words.
