Just a Little Lie

Just a Little Lie

A Chapter by Silas

The sigh in the trees,
And the lies in your eyes.
All leading up to the big surprise.

Another fall,
Another hit,
Another night where insanity rips.

There's no escape.
 But I swear there is,
A better way to live with this.

I try and hide,
But I want you to know,
Of all the scars from your lies.

Innocence dies when crimson shines,
And the room is full with bloodied knives.
I need your help but not a soul will answer.

And so...
I guess she will die.
