Lullaby

Lullaby

A Poem by R.J Calzonetti (SinisterPotatoe)
"

A scrap of a poem.

"

I feel ecstatic, elastic, fantastic, reactive, connected perfected, corrected, erection, contented cemented in reality

And happy for every announcement of nature, every fallacy of creation, every creature, stature, leap of faith and grey matter shattered across the apocalypse

It was awesome, and I was dead

Maybe I still am

But I’m awake, and everything at stake is what you make of it

The world outside my phone is beautiful

Like a warm fireside, the smokes leads to Nirvana

Will I ever make it

Residing in that island in love?

Somewhere above

The sands of the lifespan of a man?

I live again, but when I die this time

Will they be wandering guardians that knew what I was, and accept who I’ve become

Will that love push on?

Or are the embers of memories already gone

Renaissance confidante phenomenon

Paradoxical octopus

Cease to be and merge with the sky and sea on the horizon finding solace

Lost fallen in the lull of Allah’s lullaby

Author's Note

R.J Calzonetti (SinisterPotatoe)
I very seldom reply to reviews, but I promise I read EVERY single one. I look forward to my next review, because it helps me learn. Even if it's just one word, I promise, I will be ecstatic to have the chance to hear what you have to say. Whenever you write something about my poems, or the themes of my poems, or criticize me it is not in vain. I will listen, learn and be thankful.
