My name is Patty& I need help

I've been doing a lot of bad things to myself

My intention isnt to get attention

All I seek is protection

I drink my pain out

When times are so hard& I really wanna shout

I smoke for relief

It doesnt matter if you dont believe

I've been praying 

Chanting these words i'm saying

That maybe my pain will end 

That maybe they'll love me again

My life isnt good 

I'm mis-understood

I speak but they never hear

Its one of the reasons I cry tear after tear

I have a home

Yet I feel so alone

I told you that I was sorry Mama

You turned my life into drama

All I need is support from you Dad

But I guess thats something ill keep wishing I had

And no one heard me scream

When I was 5 my upper lip spit in two

Watching the blood drip down was all I could do

When I was 10 I twisted my knee 

3 years later I developed a disease
