My Grandfahter

My Grandfahter

A Poem by Brian

My Grandfather

My Grandfather, the great man I know.

The man who has been like a second father to me.

My Grandfather, the minister, so holy, so spiritual,

Loves not only his friend, but also his enemies.

My grandfather, the man everyone seems to love,

Through thick and then, through good and the bad.

My Grandfather, the blind man, who can still shave, walk,

Preach and dress himself.

My Grandfather, the great man I know, helped make me the

Person I am today. My Grandfather, speaks so bluntly, that

No man dares to speak up.

My Grandfather, whom I still love to this day, may he continue

To be the person he was yesterday, and the person who he will be today.
