Why do I always cause the people around me pain?

I don’t mean to do these things, half the time I don’t even know I’m doing them!

God I’m such a b***h. Maybe it would be best for EVERYONE if I just disappeared…or better yet died. Yeah maybe it would be better if I was….gone.

I deserve to be all alone.....that's my place.....

I know how you must be feeling. It's not an easy thing to deal with, even harder when you don't know how to fix it but you can't give up and let feelings of self-loathing and regret knock you down. You need to hold your head high and find a way to work through what's going on. You can do it, you're stronger than this. Keep your chin up and never give in, things will get better, you'll see =]
