Saturday Morning (My Savior's In the Grave)

Saturday Morning (My Savior's In the Grave)

A Poem by SmittyJas
"

Before Easter Morning and the glory of the Lord

"
Its Late Its Late
My Savior is in the grave
Saturday night
There is still no light
For my savior is in the grave
My savior has a plan
To rise before all man
Save us from sin and death
To live with him forevermore
As My savior is about to open
Heaven's Door
Jesus Christ will rise again
Take away all human sin
Raise all believer to heaven's Gate
Read their name off in the book of love
Penned in there with the Father's
Own hands with love for every Christian
Believer throughout the lands
He paid the price with the blood
Of his hand's On Calvary's Cross
Then when he left the tomb
empty he freed us from sin
So we will all live again
As we meet Jesus at heaven's open Gates

Smitty: It is profound and you have touched my heart: Its Late Its Late My Savior is in the grave Saturday night There is still no light. To really ponder that stanza knowing it happened of what will occur for all of us is overwhelming. Well tomorrow we celebrate our savior's life, and it's not about bunnies!! Thank you so much again Smitty for your inciteful words. Dale
