Split down the middle!

Split down the middle!

A Poem by Gema

Look at me, Split straight down the middle.
Half of me one curse half the other?
One of blood lust one of the moon.
Why do I carry this cursed load?

Brutally attacked when alone.
Trying to pull away save myself alive.
When I came to felt aching and pain.
Aching in the jaw skin felt wet like of a snake.

Forming someone said forming to another.
Bewildered and confused I ask what to do?
Only thing is deal carry the load.
From that day it lies on my back.

Not asking for a curse just living my life.
Now all I have is memories of the times I had.
Because no person can come close to me.
Cause I never want them to carry the curse like me.

That was really good Gem! I like how you use the burden of yourself to keep away from others.
Thanks for sharing.
