Mobile phones have become a basic necessity​...

Mobiles have a strong grip on the world
People are spotted on the couch all curled,
Juggling between social networking sites
Wasting time in making up fights.

WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and what not
Teenagers mostly you'll find up caught,
Laughing at memes and things like that
Sitting on the bed getting plump and fat.

But worst of all their eye sight is
Staring at the monster who makes a hiss,
Every time a message is delivered,
A wide range of sound can be heard.

Parents are heard shouting about
But children don't pay attention to their shout,
Mobiles may be fun, they may be cool
But the one who uses them remains a fool.

Absolutely correct.... we, people, are attached to gadgets like phone, laptop, etc. so much that sometimes we ignore incidents or anything going around us...so much indulgence is affecting our health too...great poem, Sofia...Keep it up, dear.
