My New Love

My New Love

A Poem by Dean Smith
"

Inspired by travel and the smile of a stranger.

"

Within black and white, rests the vein of endless colour,
Amidst day and night, the orchestral silence of an eternal dawn.
Clarity so bright as to blind me,

You have found me my new love, lie with me.

I've done nothing but sigh for an hour
reading one wonderful poem after
another. This is absolutely lovely,
and oh, so tender. The last line
truly was like an arrow in the heart...

ya got me :)
