Dusty Windows

“As I look at the world
through dusty windows,
I realize that life
ain’t at all what it seems,
as the dust obscures
what we perceive to be real,
most people are happy with what they see,
Not me!!!
So, I rub away some of the dust,
so I can get a better view,
although I did reveal a little more,
I still wish to seek the truth,
To the vast majority of people,
they are happy to see a little
and be told the rest,
But I am still curious!!
So I wipe the window clean,
in doing so I reveal the truth,
and not be tainted with what people
want me to that’s simply obtuse.”
