untrue love

Staying home friday night
cant help but think of you tonight
The way we used to lay
until last night..

We used to smile and laugh and fight
But we would always make it up at night
now im fighting just to get some sleep
wishing i could do more than just dream.

If you would let me sing all of the words I mean
I think you'll fall back in love with me
but honestly I dont know how much it will mean
with one mistake, I had to watch you leave.

Remember when we could kiss and make up
if you saw me looking the other way
all I did was say hi to her
And then I watched you walk away.

If i could take you back
I dont think I would
Because I love you
but that wasnt true.
