Disorder of Quiet Rules

Disorder of Quiet Rules

A Poem by Stephen

Walls of dead brush

And ugly trees

Bore the disorder of quiet rules,

Calming the outsides snow

Warmed to water, slick and wet

that's interesting. I find the juxtaposition of "disorder" and "rules" to be interesting, as normally I would think of rules being put in place to reduce disorder. Having said that, Nature has a way of hiding immensely complex rules beneath seemingly insane, fractal chaos, e.g., dead trees, mud, ugly winter stuff, etc.
