Yellow Upon Blue With No Clouds

I close my eyes
And I think of you
For your face is everywhere
That I look

The wind calls your name
And I face the breeze
Extending my arms
I feel your embrace

And I absorb
The warmth of your smile
Yellow upon blue
With no clouds

You surround me
Like trees in a forest
I'm protected against the rain
As I find solace in a gentle brook
I look upon the crystal waters
And your face is there

My heart is the wild-flowers
That I pick for you
I hope that you feel my love
As you inhale the fragrance

You are here with me
No matter the space or time
You are in my heart
And I love you
