Bookends

Bookends

A Poem by Alys Jackson
"

A random poem I made up.

"

Book Ends:

At the end of my bookshelf there is a bookend,

But that bookend would not be a bookend

if it were not at a books end,

And a books end is not a books end

Unless it is at the end of a book.

very simple and strange but also very logical

I know I was with you when you wrote this, but I want to review it anyway. This is very thoughtful and deep, but in a simple and odd way. Yes, it is a little like my poem, Boxes, but it goes well and makes me think. It's a confusing write, unless one reads it carefully. Your right; it is very random!
