Veni, Vidi, Vici

Veni, Vidi, Vici

A Poem by Aurora Dawn

Veni, Vidi, Vici.
I came, I saw, I conquered.
All my questions answered.
I now know the truth,
The corruption of the youth.
Directing our eyes to the dead,
When we should be opening our ears to the living.
Stop taking, and begin giving.
Life is just so short,
Try showing some support.
Stay kind, stay true.
Don't talk, Just do.
You could save a life,
You could stop someone from picking up that knife.
Veni, Vidi, Vici.
I came, I saw, I conquered.

So much about the world and its cruel under goings of the present tense within 16 lines. I would say this writing is the work of a pure genius. Impressive work. Mind checking out my work?
