Serah

Serah

A Poem by TTBoy28

There for Buddha sits

and quietly exposes his nature

But his speech is of narry a contradiction

 in terms

Challenged is He to those who choose

 to render solemnity for disparity

Even misstaken are his scrolls not of

 fine print

though of great and masterful peaceful intent

When good shines there is a glow

 that is sure to fade

and try to overshadow it

And as love is shown

And oratory enough to fill not even colliseums

there is no way darkness can trickle in

Not all will grow out of choice

Choice is what makes one grow

growth requires nourishment that is the

knowledge that we choose to acquire

We are We

when we want to be

I find that i think of Budda sometimes ,When confused by my innate nature to react.I stop and think I stop to quiet my mind and find the emotion that drives the fear to react. In that realization I find peace and control.By waiting to react I have spared myself so many pains. May his light be with you as well friend. beautiful sentiments.

This piece lifted my spirits, every word filled with more and more inspiration. "Not all will grow out of choice Choice is what makes one grow", very true, powerful words. And then your last two lines, "We are We when we want to be", a perfect way to end this wonderful poem.

. what can i say ... to you ... when you know every pulse of my every heart beat ... my life ... and my dreams ... my agony ... my torture ... my hope ... my prayers ... what can i say ... to you ... when you have taken all my burdens and split them into two ... what can i say ... when you've given me so much light ... that my quest for peace is reinforced ... what can i say ... when there is so much i have gained from you ... yet you still give ... i'm just a small and needy beggar ... who screams silently ... so that the universe may hear me ... and it does ... because you are blessed with that golden heart of yours ... and a soul so soulful that you hear my song ... and enlighten it with your light ... you send the sun my way ... and i am indebted to receive ... i hope and pray that i never let you down ... but more than that ... i hope and pray that many more are touched by your grace ... and healed by your magical magnanimity ... am honoured and humbled beyond measure ... thank you for knowing me ... am overwhelmed and moved to tears ... the picture is beautiful ... it's very me ... a special thank you for it ...
