Love Lesson No.2

Love Lesson No.2

A Poem by ROXANE DORSEY

my pillow we shared
I kissed you where?
from head to toe

how you filled me
full of love
your enlistee
we made good whoopee

I wanted to cross my I's
dot my t's, love did me
loosed my screws
took some bolts
treated me like an old coat

my love turn'd blue
other's haven't the clue
how you string'd me
played this girl like a flute
til I came through
and gave up on you.

Sometimes when we feel ignored or abused, we gave up on a relationship, no matter how long we have sacrificed for it.
Yet I believe when it is true love, the other party won't make you feel.that way. If you love someone you will always make him/her important, give time and effort for him/her.
Yes, this is a lesson in a relationship.

love poetry since it has been embedded in my mind deeply way back when I was 4 years old. A very good reader in pre-school. Nursery rhymes tuned me in even deeper. more..
