Caged

Caged

A Poem by Hikari
"

i don't want to be in this cursed cage anymore

"
A bird in a cage,
I sing out my sorrow.

On this Earth, (in) this World, Our society,
The bird wants not more than just to be free,
To have hopes,
To dream.

Yet it is denied, with all possible authority conceivable in the known galaxy, that one basic right.

Stuck in a cage,
"For it's own protection,
For the Greater good"

Never to be free,
True beauty Never to be seen,
I am Never to be.
