Let There Be Reality

Let There Be Reality

A Poem by Kiara

After the sun,
Beasts rule.
Clouds overtake the sky,
Denying a full recovery.
Everyone will die,
False lives achieved.
Gruesome battles are fought.
Has no one any mercy?
It begins to rain.
Jesus, almighty one, is dead.
Kill them all,
Loving the sight of it.
May pain be overcome,
Never living till the end.
Outside the fake,
Prayers do you no good.
Quarrels take this realm.
Remember when all was well?
Stop believing those lies.
Truth begins here,
Underneath red skies.
Vision is useless,
Without need.
X-Rays show all bones broken,
Young hearts included.
Zap this realm with the truth.

Very creative, and very powerful. I personally enjoyed the rhyme scheme used between letters and lines throughout the piece. Wonderful (:
