Grey Walls

Grey Walls

A Poem by Kiara

I walk into the classroom.
Today the walls are covered in rainbow flags.
It hurts my eyes,
I want the blank, grey walls.
They don't tease me.
They don't insult me
And show off to me.
They don't say
"Look, I'm happy."
They say
"I understand."
