Flipping Through Memories

As I look through old pictures,

Memories slam into me,

As if I've just driven my car full-speed into a brick wall.

That sounds like the better option right now.

My eyes begin to water

And my hands tremble slightly.

My lungs forget what they should be doing

And I know I can never let myself feel this again.

It sounds like something we all experience in life. Although in our own shoes of course. I have hit something like this last night, before I thought of accepting and rolling on. Not moving on, because some moments won't move on, but to roll on. To accept the past for a decent present that leads to unexpected but a full of wonder future. Roll on Taylor (:
