Sad Man, Sad Man

Sad Man, Sad Man

A Poem by TechnoWrites
"

The spirit of a dead man is judged by Egyptian Gods. (WARNING: MAY CONTAIN DISTURBING MATERIAL FOR YOUNGER PEEPS)

"

Floating down into the abyss, a sad, sad tale

Which proves that this spirit is frail

The man died a killer, a murderer if you will

And is about to be judged, not climbing over this hill

Ra stood holding a scale, which held his earthly heart

Readying to weigh it against a feather of goddess Ma'at

His heart heavier than the beautiful quill

And Anubis was ready to get the fresh kill

Anubis led him to his father Osiris

and little did he know, no good would do politeness

Osiris, powerful and tall, plunged him into a great big fall

HE FELL INTO DESPAIR AND NOT KNOWING IT WELL

He arrived to meet evil... in the depths of HELL
