I'll See Marissa in Heaven and There's Nothing You Can Do About It

I'll See Marissa in Heaven and There's Nothing You Can Do About It

A Poem by TheLastEclipse

Dave... He loved Marissa, but she loved me.

He ran forward with the blade.
It had a serrated edge and they said,
“Hey, I dare you to behave,”
But they pulled the wrong wire and now they’re dead.

“Hey, behave!” They panicked at the grave.
Their own friends had died the exact same way.
They did not heed the warnings and again
He drew the blade and slayed four friends.

He had no understanding and his slaughter
Was always strung on a wrath and always harder.
Young Marissa was dead and Dave
Could not stomach the pain! He could not behave!

“Dave! Why won’t you ever stop?
You’ve killed all of my family and it hurts a lot!
I am sorry that Marissa loved me, not you
But there is nothing that you can do!

So do it, you b*****d! Take my life!
I want to soak my blood in your knife!
Kill me, you b*****d! Kill me now!
I will see her in Heaven, anyhow!”
