Angels of the Night

Angels of Heaven taking flight,
Falling down, late at night.
Broken wings and shattered dreams,
Listening to their inner voice scream.
Scream for light and scream for dark.
Asking for their seams to part.
End of days and end of years,
As light fades in the angels' tears.
Sparkle for the moment,
then dried the very next,
Darkness decends,
The angel has met her grave
