The Journey Of Death

The Journey Of Death

A Poem by TheUnforgivinFallenAngel

You love the sound of my scream
It enlightens, and gives you that special feeling inside.
Why do I keep screaming?  I accomplish nothing.
By your terms I now must obide.

You look at me with your meaningful eyes.
I stare.  I stare deep into your soul.
Your blank empty eyes make the light intensify.
I'm left hopeless, not in control.

My eyes close, I feel your breath
I hear the sound of your bullets
Now we breathe death.

The world is over, we cannot feel.
For we meet the doorway, holding hands
Not feeling a thing, not even air
We travel through space, into different lands

I look at your sinful eyes
I see your soul, it is all around me.
Why can't I feel?  Why can't I think?
I am death.  I am free.

Good Lord Heaven Almighty, do you even know what happiness is? ;)
You remind me of an erotic, modern-day Edgar Allan Poe...
You'd better be flattered, because I just called you a poetic genius :) You owe me!
