Red white and blue

Red white and blue

A Poem by Tim Thompson
"

A little poetry about the US flag

"

                                   Red, White and Blue

                                 Written by Tim Thompson

I stand so proud

Of my stripes in my stars

Once was 13 became 52

I have stood through

Battles and made it through

Many have tried to take me down

Many have burned my brothers

Fight their sons in the war

But the Red White and Blue

Still stands to this day

My stripes stand with

Power that many want

Many have tried take me down

Many have failed

United I stand

United I fight

United I fall

I am the flag

United States of America
