An Introvert at a Party

An Introvert at a Party

Hello hypnosis
Here to make me hesitate

Little Liar
Let me lie down

Midnight Moon
Making me miss you

Hello hypnosis
The enchanting, entrancing sound of you

You're a vinyl that has been spinning on my record player
Waltzing somewhere along my left brain

I would offer you a dance, but unfortunately
I'm more of a foxtrot to your three step

Little Liar
Better known as my subconscious insomnia

Will you ever let go?
The three of us know the answer is no.

That's okay
Tomorrow is a brand new day

Midnight Moon
Honey, you left too soon

You have not changed once
And I still cannot believe that you stuck around

I could watch you all night
Dancing in the moonlight
Letting your song play on repeat
And the spell you put me under stay sweet
