Delirium

Delirium

A Poem by Tomi

Delirium, a sleepless night

Dressed in sorrow of the darkest might

Covered in skin and Suffering

Wrapped in plight’s coffin

Bound in moments of quandary

Daniel in the lion’s den

Love’s her armour then

Life points to hell at last

I think, this is an epigram, the mental picture is well captured and the rhyme holds the poem together. I appreciate the sound. well done.

A powerful journey in so few words. Great use of words create vision of desire and struggle with a logical ending. Thank you for sharing the excellent poem.
