Life And Death, Truth And Lie

Life And Death, Truth And Lie

A Poem by Trosque
"

Nightmares seem to serve as deep inspiration, however, this poem is not meant to scare, it is simply meant to invoke thought.

"
My heart flutters at the thought of death,
thinking of a being drawing its last breath.

The thought excites me, it gives me a rush,
watching someone's heart and soul turn into mush.

The pain of others brings pleasure to me,
even though it is wrong and shouldn't be.

Life is a lie, a simple illusion,
death is truth and brings us resolution.

Deny my words all you like,
you'll see them marked at the end of your life.

More true than the truest you have ever heard,
freeing you caged little mind like a bird.

But for now, stay stuck in your cage of illusion and despair,
but live with knowing, that death is everywhere...
