I know I might've not been helpful lately
Or your life maybe isn't going good
But when you say you're going out
To clear your mind of all the stress
When you feel better...
Please come back home
I promise I'll change
I promise I'll be there
Your life will be easier
Maybe if I wasn't making you angry?
Or sad? Stressed?
Will you at least call me when you leave?
Or tell me how you are?
I can change myself, really
I'll change to make you come home
I know I might've made you angry lately
Or your life is getting too hard on you
But when you say you're leaving
To clear your mind of everything
When you feel better...
Please come back home

The short creative "bursts" we have when we're emotional often produce very great piece of work. Although this is rhymless, it still holds a VERY solid rhythm! An excellent piece about a regret or two. Great work, I hope that everything turns out fine in the end. "Please come back home" is a very beautiful, simple choice of words.
