Opaque Mirror: Two Shades Of Life

Opaque Mirror: Two Shades Of Life

A Poem by Amulya Bhardwaj
"

We spend a lot of time on this beautiful EARTH!! But at the end...some or the other things are left to be done!!

"
So many things,
Between sky and the ground,
So many incidents,
Happening all around.

The charming smiling faces,
Full of happiness and joy,
From a man winning deal,
To a baby who got his toy.

And the faces with frown,
Crying a loud rain,
Having heavy heart inside,
Full of sadness and pain.

The birds singing songs,
The flowers so pretty,
Spreading goodness in air,
Represents nature’s beauty.

The two shades of life,
Like the days and the night,
One with deep darkness,
And the other with bright light.

The relations that We hold,
Some true and some fake,
A few remains life long,
While the others set in life’s lake.

So many things,
Untouched and unknown,
So many incidents,
Left unfaced and unshown!!

its certainly a beautiful poem Amulya, you touched the whole of life in this work and show its beauty, I would just call it Life, thanks for posting it here, just great :)

Yin-Yang is a Chinese philosophical term which means that two contrary forces are actually complementary and they give rise to each other as they interrelate with one another, Your poem seems to describe a similar meaning of there is no happiness without sadness and vice versa. Hence I would suggest 'Yin-Yang' as an apt title amulya:)
