Remember that day when you gazed upon my eyes,

Sparks flaring in your eyes,

The time you said I love you.

 

You’re now nothing but a shattered frame,

Lost deep in my endless memories,

Nothing but a screwed up illusion.

 

I wish you had walked past me that day,

But you had to stare into my eyes,

And say those cheap, dirty lies.

 

Remember the day you shot down my heart with your piercing blade,

Telling me I was nothing but a worthless burden,

Telling me you deserved better.

 

Remember that day when you attended my funeral,

As a single tear fell down your cheek,

And you put a white rose on my lifeless body.
